SPECTRA OT-50 is used as a wetting agent and emulsifier and is suitable for emulsion polymerization of practically all types of monomers.

Specifications:

• Appearance:- Colorless to pale yellow liquid
• Ionic Nature:- Anionic
• Assay:- 50 + 2 %
• PH of 5% dispersion:- 5.5 to 7.5

Application:

For outstanding wetting properties of a dispersion combined with high mechanical stability. SPECTRA OT - 50 must be used in combination with nonionic emulsifiers. For best effects of SPECTRA OT - 50 i.e. to achieve good substrate wetting incorporate the product with vigorous stirring.

SPECTRA S-301 is a versatile emulsifier and co-emulsifier for emulsion polymers of styrene, acrylic, styrene-butadiene, and all acrylic vinyl-acetate and vinyl chloride latexes. It can be used alone or in combination with non-ionics.

Specifications:-

• Appearance: Pale yellow to colorless liquid
• Ionic Nature: Anionic
• pH of 5 % soln.: 6 to 8.5
• Solubility: Soluble in water
• Solids: 28 to 32 %

APPLICATION:-

• Due to its chemical composition SPECTRA S-301 combines the advantages of nonionic and anionic emulsifiers.
• Dispersions prepare and with SPECTRA S-301 have good chemical and mechanical stability as well as good foam, wetting characteristics.

STORAGE:-

• AIR TIGHT CONTAINERS (tends to solidity into pasty material)
