• GE 50015 has proven to be suitable for polyester, PV blends, cotton and Woven fabrics. This offers durable softening and enhances lustre. It can be emulsified to durable micro emulsion.

• Parts Acetic Acid: 0.6 Parts

• Charge GE 50015, TDA 6 mole, TDA 6.5 or EO/PO condensates in to the reactor. Mix for 10 min
• Add water 1 mix for 30 min. Clear transparents grease will form.
• Add water 2 under slow and constant speed @ 60 min. Milky emulsion will form.
• Dilute acetic acid with water and add in to the emulsion. Mix for 30 min.

• GE 50015 can be stored for approx. 6 months at temperatures between 0° C and 50° C. It must be protected against frost during storage.

Momentive Performance Materials Silicones SM 8440N is a micro emulsion of amino silicone fluid for textile and garment finishing to get a rich and durable softness.

KEY PERFORMANCE PROPERTIES:

• SM 8440N is typically applied by exhaustion, padding, spraying or by any other methods.
• SM 8440N is sold in concentrated form and can be diluted with water for use. The optimum conditions of dilution should be defined by trial and error.

• SM 8440N may be applied by padding under the following conditions
• Dosage : 4-6 gm/lit
• pH : 5.0 – 6.0
• Pass the fabric through the mangle with a wet pickup of 70-80%.
• Dry the fabric at 100°C for 5 min.
• After drying, cure the fabric at 150°C for 5 min.

• SM 8440N can also be applied by
• exhaustion at the following conditions
• Temperature :45-50°C
• Time : 20-30 min
• pH : 5.0-6.0
• Curing : 75-80°C for 20 min
• Dosage : 0.6 – 1% OWF

• Charge GE01530 into the reactor. Mix for 10 min
• Add Butyl carbitol mix and TDA6 mix for 20 min
• Add acetic acid, viscous grease will form.Mix for 20 min.
• Add water under slow and constant speed @ 60 min.
• Clear emulsion will form.

• GE01530 can be stored for approx. 6 months at temperatures between 0° C and 50° C. It must be protected against frost during storage.
